This cycle, we are focusing on how martial arts training can help a student gain self-esteem. Each time a student accomplished a new goal, it helps build that confidence to overcome obstacles.

Self-esteem teaches students that nothing can stand in their way. Sometimes even a failure is exactly what a student needs to build confidence. By overcoming the failure, students learn to come back even stronger.
